Delete your Trainr account

Trainr is operated by Rahul Patidar. You can permanently delete your Trainr account and all data associated with it at any time. You do not need the app installed to do so.

Request deletion by email

Send an email from the email address on your account to rahulpatidar0191@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Trainr account". Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days, and you'll receive a confirmation reply when it's done.

Delete in the web app

Signed-in users can delete their account directly: Settings → Profile → Delete account. This takes effect immediately.

In the Android app

The Android app is in closed testing; in-app account deletion ships before public release. Until then, use either option above.

What gets deleted

Everything: your sign-in account and email, profile, programs, workout history and set logs, body weight, measurements, and photos. Deletion is permanent and irreversible; no copies are retained (other than the email thread of the request itself, if you used email).
